Real good people.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very responsive, professional and exceeded my expectations. The world is a better place with Saur’s in it. Have a good day for Jesus and John Wayne. Richard BritzPosted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had guests (with kids) on the way and all of the sudden we had no water. Saur came out immediately and did a fantastic job of tracking the issue down. They traced it to my dad’s house which is on the same well. My dad is deaf and mom has dementia and the Saur guys were super respectful towards them and took care of the problem quickly at minimal cost (saved us from calling a plumber, just took care of a busted pipe themselves!). Super honest and knowledgeable about what they are doing, I cannot recommend them enough - amazing family owned company!Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Sometimes you just know. My wife and I are new to owning a property dependent on a water well and it can be easy to forget how much you rely on that system to work, until it doesn't. That happened to us recently. We heard of Saur through a friend and after reading some reviews I gave them a call. From the minute I spoke to Janet, I knew we were in good hands. She took my information and genuinely cared about our issue. She told me she would get with their technicians and would get back with me and did exactly that in a very timely manner. Great communication cannot go unnoticed and this company provided that on another level. Two phone calls from them later to keep me in the loop, Roger was on his way. Him and Waylan showed up and got to work, in the rain I might mention. They diagnosed the issue and repaired what was needed within 30 minutes. The price was very fair and they even let me hang around and pick their brain on all water well questions. I still operate in today's busy digital world on a good ol' boy handshake mentality, when I say "sometimes you just know", you just do. That is who Saur Water Well Service is, down to earth, local, solid, honest, good dang people. I will be using them as long as I need water well services and you should too! Thanks Saur!Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Clayton and his team were fast, efficient and did it right. No mess, no hassle. Update 3/28/26 - I’ve had to reach out to Saur Water Well multiple times for help with various things. I can’t even believe how incredible this business is run. They are ALWAYS quick to respond and help however they can - always resulting in a water crisis averted! I can’t recommend them more highly! What an incredible experience from start to finish! Clayton, and the entire team provided that small town service that is hard to come by these days. I was referred by a neighbor and really glad I went with their recommendation. We had a water storage tank installed to help extend the life of our submersible well pump, and not only did Saur handle everything professionally at a reasonable price, they answered ALL of my (MANY) questions all along the way. Couldn’t be more pleased or recommend Saur more highly!Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great Well Company!
